In order to provide the best possible service, we generally ship on Tuesdays (for orders received by midnight on Sunday) , so that the interval between the time of collection and the
administration in the tank should be as short as possible.

Tuesday shipments (which we remind you is the day on which we generally assign all orders to the courier) are considered for orders processed by midnight on Sunday.

Once the order has been assigned to the courier, it is generally delivered throughout Italy in 24/48 hours. Shipments always start at the beginning of the week.

Free shipping (up to 20kg) is applied for orders starting from €150 for Italy and €250 for Europe.

Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once the payment receipt has been sent. We recommend sending it via whatsapp to the number indicated on the contact page.

In case of failure to send, orders will be processed when the money is credited to our account.

To request an invoice, please send your billing information, including SDI code and VAT number, via email to info@beastore.it, within the day following the payment of the order for which you are requesting an invoice.
