Caulerpa brachypus is a fast-growing green macroalgae, suitable for use in refugium.
Appreciated by acanthurids and other algae-eaters.
It grows very quickly, absorbing large quantities of nitrogen.
Warning , it is an extremely fast growing algae, very aggressive to be kept only in a dedicated system. Like many Caulerpa it can crash during sexual reproduction episodes or following sudden changes in chemical-physical parameters. -
