The integration of BEA SYNECHO MIX in marine aquariums has the following primary objectives:

1. Promote system stability and nutrient export, acting against the growth of cyanobacteria.
2. Feed zooplankton , benthic and filter feeders.
3. Providing bioactive molecules to farmed animals.
   
   

BEA SYNECHO MIX is a selected blend of marine phytoplankton strains, specifically useful for combating cyanobacteria. These organisms are ubiquitous, widespread in all seas and oceans of the world, with known euryhaline and freshwater variants.

BEA SYNECHO MIX emerges as an effective solution for the export of nutrients, especially phosphorus. This mix can metabolize phosphate in the tank even when nitrate is almost absent.

Synechococcus is a member of the blue-green algae family and has a deep emerald green color. Despite its promising characteristics, it remains largely unknown in aquaculture and other areas of application. Rich in pigments such as phycocyanins and phycobilins, and with a balanced composition, Synechococcus can serve as a food for zooplankton and filter feeders that accept small phytoplankton.

• HOW TO USE

For a medium-stocked 200-litre aquarium, feed 100-200ml every other day.

Dose when the lights are turned off to favor use as food or when the lights are turned on for the export of nutrients and the biological fight against cyanobacteria.

In case of a newly started or sparsely populated aquarium, start with 50-100 ml per 200 litres.

It is preferable to turn off the lift and skimmer for a few minutes.

No danger in case of overdose.

Absolutely free of fertilizer residues, it is harvested only once extremely high densities have been reached.

Shake well before use.

BEA Synecho Mix can be used as a starter for a crop in combination with BEA PHYTO BOOST .

We recommend renewing the culture approximately every 2-3 months to maintain the correct proportion between the different microalgae that make up the mixture.

• STORAGE

The product can be stored in the refrigerator (8°-12°C) for at least 90 days. Shake regularly to resuspend the cells. As long as the cells resuspend well and the product does not radically change color, the phytoplankton is alive and can be used.

The presence of a slight sulfurous odor in our phytoplankton product is a completely normal phenomenon and not a cause for concern. It is important to note that the human sense of smell is particularly sensitive to certain sulfur molecules, so even an extremely low concentration can be easily perceived. This odor is generated by the presence of specific amino acids and the variety of phytoplankton species included in the mixture. It is essential to emphasize that this characteristic is not indicative of any danger or harmfulness; on the contrary, it is a natural sign of the product's composition and freshness. The products inside the package are carefully conditioned and protected for transport, both during the cold and warm seasons, and are prepared to travel safely even for several days.
