- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BEA P ADSORB is an innovative composite filter media and
regenerable .
Based on ceramized ferric hydroxide, it adsorbs and retains
permanently phosphates and silicates without releasing other
contaminants.
Its particular internal reticular structure characterized by microporosity allows it to expose a greater internal surface and to absorb bioavailable phosphates more effectively.
The media is characterized by a high adsorption and retention capacity, combined with an extremely rapid export of phosphate and silicate.BEA P ADSORB can be used in bags, in filter beds or in dedicated reactors. Replace the supplied bag no later than 60 days after first use.
Characterized by a very low dust release.
Particularly useful in the case of persistent presence of phosphates and imbalances in the filtration and export of phosphorus, it allows for extremely effective removal. -
- DOSAGE
For an averagely populated 200 litre aquarium, it is recommended to use 100-200 ml of product .
HOW TO USE
Proceed with gradual additions: insert 25% of the required quantity , and increase the quantity up to the desired level over a period of 1/2 weeks , observing the reaction of the tank and the animals. Once saturated, it does not release the adsorbed phosphate .AVOID OVERDOSING and observe the reaction of the animals. The most sensitive corals may show signs of discomfort due to an extremely rapid decrease in the value of phosphate and silicate in the tank.
