In this video, we show you the before and after of a complete intervention on a marine system that presented several serious biological stability problems. 🔬🌊
The tank was characterized by:
-
🔬 Significant bacterial proliferations, with the formation of jelly-like masses consisting of filamentous bacterial consortia associated with chrysophytes and dinoflagellates
-
⚠️ Possible contaminations that were destabilizing the system's microbiome
-
🐟 Fish with signs compatible with MHLLE (Marine Head and Lateral Line Erosion)
We followed the system step by step, applying our biological rebalancing protocols. The work started with the most urgent phases:
-
🧽 targeted cleaning interventions
-
💧 strategic water changes
-
⚙️ removal of the main imbalance factors
Subsequently, we intervened on fundamental aspects often underestimated:
-
🐠 correction of fish feeding
-
🦠 re-establishment of the system's microbiome
-
⚖️ overall rebalancing of the aquarium's biological processes
